Outside, the covered patio, Weber grill, and propane fire table invite you to linger. The seasonal pool and waterslide are reserved for you and your registered guests throughout your reservation.
The guesthouse sits on the same property as our main home, with its own entrance and parking. We do not use the pool while guests are staying.

things to know.
Is the pool shared?
No. The pool is reserved for you and your registered guests during your reservation. Your hosts live in the main home on the same property but do not use the pool while it is booked for guests.
Is the pool open year-round?
The pool is seasonal. Weather, maintenance, or unexpected circumstances can affect availability. Please confirm pool availability for your dates before booking, especially if swimming is central to your trip.
Can we bring our dog?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with advance approval and a pet fee. Please contact your hosts before booking to confirm the arrangements for your dog.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is from 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. A smart lock makes self check-in straightforward. Early arrival or late checkout requires advance approval.
Is the guesthouse separate from the hosts’ home?
Yes. It is a separate residence with its own entrance and parking. John and Michele live in the main home on the property and are nearby if you need assistance.
Is the stay suitable for children?
Children are welcome. An adult must supervise children around the pool and outdoor areas. Please review the pool rules and safety information before your stay.
Where can I find prices and cancellation terms?
